Nestled in the heart of Argyll, Home Farm Cottages are situated along the picturesque Cowal Way, surrounded by 150 acres of unspoilt woodland that teems with wildlife and showcases some of Scotland’s most breathtaking scenery.
Our collection of properties includes a beautifully restored 120+ year-old farm building, transformed into modern, self-catering cottages that blend rustic charm with contemporary comfort. Accommodating between 2 and 6 guests, our cottages are perfect for family holidays or gatherings with friends.
Each cottage has been thoughtfully restored and tastefully decorated, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay. The spacious interiors provide a welcoming atmosphere, while the courtyard setting grants each cottage a sense of privacy. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the serene River Ruel and the expansive woodlands, perfect for exploration and relaxation.

Have you experienced our exciting new Pay & Play 9-hole course? Or perhaps you’ve dined in our revamped family restaurant? At Fairways, we’re open daily from 9am until 11pm during the week and later at weekends, making it easier than ever to enjoy everything we have to offer.
Since our upgrades in 2020, Fairways has risen to the top of the leaderboard in Inverness. With enhanced restaurant facilities, a newly developed 9-hole course, and a major overhaul of our Top Tracer Driving Range, we’re proud to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests.
